Firewall Services

CAHNRS IT operates a subset of the datacenter firewall for departmental and college use. This service is provided in coordination with the central ITS organization.

What is this good for:

Maintaining the WSU security perimeter for servers and VM’s hosted within the CAHNRS subset of the WSU network.

What is this not good for:

Managing systems outside of the WSU data center.

How is CIT supporting this:

CIT can manage firewalls and networks with a full time Systems Engineer, and with cross over support from central ITS.
