Specialized IT Projects and Service Level Agreements

What Is This Service?

 

We provide our service-level-agreement offering for those projects related to a specific lab, department, or area that needs additional support outside the standard support function of CAHNRS Operations and IT. Our agreements stipulate every aspect of these projects, including project time, deliverables, and support through CAHNRS Operations and IT. All SLAs are priced by on-project deliverables ranging in scope from small to medium to large projects. Once a request has been submitted, we’ll meet with you to discuss your project details and consult on the project scope before finalizing an agreement.

 

What Is This Good For? 

 

  • Planning, designing, and implementing an out-of-the-box solution ready for user access and manipulation.
  • Migrating an existing service to new hardware or a new platform.
  • Building cloud computing infrastructure.
  • Projects with completion schedules of 3, 6, and 12 months.

 

What Is This Not Good For? 

 

  • Custom application development
  • “No Code” application builds (Power Automate, Microsoft Flow, etc.)
  • Recurring custom scripting and maintenance
  • General support and system administration functions related to college-wide systems.
