Please review the flow chart above. If you need Adobe Reader, you can download it from https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/.
If you need Adobe Acrobat Pro and are a Civil Service employee, please submit a ticket at https://support.it.cahnrs.wsu.edu to receive a serialized copy of Acrobat Pro.

What caused the change in provisioning of Adobe licenses?
To align with our ETLA language, WSU moved from provisioning users individually by request to an employee classification model as is defined in the contract.
How long will we be licensed this way?
The current three-year contract runs through November of 2021, at which time WSU will renegotiate.
As an affiliated user to WSU, can I get an Adobe License?
Previously licensed affiliates of WSU are no longer able to be granted a license due to not being employees directly funded by WSU. In this case, you will need to purchase a license from Adobe.
How is this funded?
For the year beginning in November 2020 and ending in November 2021, CAHNRS opted to centrally fund the license for those in the college who need it.
How should I budget for the Adobe Creative Suite next year?
For FY22 budgeting purposes, please ensure that you account for all non-WSU employees (e.g., WSU Public Affiliates) who will need access to the Creative Suite using posted costs directly from Adobe.
How do I download the Adobe Creative Suite?
If you are an AP or Faculty, you can follow the directions for self-service below.
If you are Civil Service and requested a license, you should follow the self-service instructions found below the next day. After three days, if you cannot access your account, please put in a ticket at https://support.it.cahnrs.wsu.edu.
